The addition of a Poodle or a Poodle Mix is a BIG commitment

One of the questions we get asked most often here at Mavroudis Poodle Rescue is:

🐾 “Do you adopt out of state?”

So we wanted to take a moment to give our followers a little breakdown of our adoption process and answer some of the most common questions .

YES — we absolutely adopt out of state! Finding the very best homes for our poodles and doodles is always our top priority, no matter where those homes are located. 🐩

Our adoption fee helps cover the care each dog receives while in rescue, including:

• Veterinary care
• Vaccinations
• Spay/neuter
• Grooming
• Food and daily care
• Transportation
• Microchipping
• Preventatives and medical treatment
• Basic training and socialization

Every single adoption fee goes right back into helping us continue to save more dogs in need. 🐾

Missy is a vibrant 4.5-year-old female Standard Goldendoodle who loves meeting new people, playing with other dogs, and tagging along on family adventures. She is fully housebroken and crate-trained, making her a well-mannered companion ready for any household.

Meet Gucci, a 5-year-old Standard Goldendoodle weighing 65.4 pounds. This handsome big boy has a gentle, sensitive personality and gets along wonderfully with other dogs that are already spayed or neutered. Gucci is both housebroken and crate trained, making him an easy addition to the right home.

Meet Juno, the gentle giant Standard Poodle weighing in at 85.4 pounds of pure love and sweetness. This big guy doesn’t have a mean bone in his body and truly believes everyone he meets is his friend. Juno is crate trained and is currently working on improving his marking habits in new environments.

Meet Maple, the tiniest resident at our poodle rescue! At just 2–3 years old and 7.4 pounds, she is the sweetest little lap dog you could imagine. Maple absolutely loves being close to her people and would happily spend her days curled up beside you while you work, watch TV, or play video games. While she is both crate trained and housebroken, her favorite place will always be right next to her family.
Maple gets along wonderfully with other dogs of all sizes and loves to play fetch. When she gets excited, she shows off the cutest little zoomies that are guaranteed to make you smile.
Because of her tiny size and sensitive nature, we are requesting a home without small or inexperienced children. Sudden loud noises and fast movements can easily frighten her, and we want to ensure she stays safe, comfortable, and protected in her forever home.

Meet Coconut! This 11-month-old American Eskimo is searching for his forever home, and he’s full of love, fun, and playful energy.
Coco is currently in a foster home with his littermate and two other Eskimo housemates, where he’s learning all the important “good dog” skills from his furry mentors. He is both house trained and crate trained, making him an easy and well-mannered companion.
This sweet boy would thrive in a home with another playful dog to keep him company and help him burn off his puppy energy. He also gets along wonderfully with cats and children, making him a great fit for a variety of family settings.

Meet Leon! This 11-month-old American Eskimo is searching for his forever home, and he’s full of love, fun, and playful energy.
